Check out Greg Amici's latest interview on the "Too Opinionated" Podcast.
Today on "Too Opinionated", we’re joined by singer-songwriter Greg Amici, who is making a powerful return to music with his new album:
🎵 “Tragicomic”
Blending alt-rock, Americana, folk-punk, ska, and classic rock, Tragicomic is a bold, genre-bending project that explores the absurd and emotional sides of life through sharp, story-driven songwriting.
After a 16-year hiatus due to a vocal injury, Greg returns with what may be the strongest work of his career—a mix of dark humor, satire, and deeply personal storytelling.
The album features:
🎸 Collaborations with James Mastro (The Bongos, Mott the Hoople)
🥁 Ray Ketchem (Elk City)
🎶 Contributions from members of the Patti Smith Band and more
With singles already streaming on Spotify and Apple Music, Greg is building momentum toward the full release while preparing for live performances.
Known for his earlier work with bands like Big Honey and Junk, Greg’s music has always pushed boundaries—but Tragicomic takes it even further.
In this episode we discuss:
